This place is in a really convenient spot for me, which makes a big difference. It’s easy to get to, and I didn’t have any issues with parking either, so that part of the experience was definitely a plus. The actual visit was fine overall, but I wouldn’t say it stood out as anything particularly special. I did have to wait a little while, which wasn’t the worst thing ever, but it did make the whole appointment feel a bit more average. I’d probably go back again, mostly because it’s close by and convenient, rather than because the experience was amazing.

I ordered from muvfl and the delivery went smoothly. It showed up on the day they said it would, just a little later in the afternoon than I expected. Not a big deal though. Weirdly, I remember the delivery bag had this tiny crease right across the label, which stuck in my mind for some reason. Overall, it was reliable and I’d use them again.

I’m a new patient and used muvfl to figure out what I was supposed to do next, and while most of the info was there, I still ended up with a few questions, had to reach out to support, waited a bit longer than I hoped, got one reply that felt kind of copy-pasted, then another person explained things in a way that actually made sense, so in the end I got through the process and it worked out, but I do think it could be a lot clearer for people using it for the first time.

One order did take a little longer than I expected, actually, not really a little, but still nothing too frustrating. I’d say 4 stars because it’s been dependable overall, just not totally perfect

The check-in part was kind of confusing too, and no one really explained where I was supposed to wait. Parking was also a hassle, I had to circle around, then just sit there while other people seemed to get helped first. The product itself was fine, but the whole reason I chose pickup was for convenience, and, yeah… it didn’t really feel convenient for me.
